Jess began her Yoga journey in 2007, after an initial reluctance to engage in the practice (maybe you can relate!). After years of resistance to being told to "give it a try" she finally did ... and it was love at first Asana! That first class was a profoundly transformational experience that was undeniable. Since then, Yoga has become her number one passion. After years of practice, she eventually went on to become RYT200 certified under the expert tutelage of Sara Bell via YogaWorks, and later with Michelle Young at My Vinyasa Practice RYT500, adding additional knowledge and skills to complement her practice (including energy work techniques such as Reiki). Exploring modalities ranging from Yin and Restorative to Power Yoga, Jess utilizes her knowledge of many forms of Yoga to weave together classes that will work your body and leave you feeling less constricted in body, breath, and mind.
